Why "The Secret" isn't so secret

Maybe I am just lucky because I grew up reading books like "Think And Grow Rich", or fully bought into the idea of visualization at a young age, but when you tell the world what you want and focus on it, the end result is almost magical at times. This has certainly been the case in my life on more than one occasion, a great example of which was buying my first home when I was 23. More on that another time..... ;-)

While it is true you sometimes can't imagine what is possible, have no idea where to start, and maybe even lose sight of it on a busy Saturday. When you want something bad enough and focus on it, the world will begin to "conspire" in your favor. The thing is, our brains are smart, and while we only use a small part of them, it is important to understand there is a ton going on that we aren't aware of. So tell your brain what you want, dream about it, look at pictures, talk about it with friends and colleagues, and you may even begin to notice more of them in the world as time goes on... and while that may seem weird, it is actually your brain, unconsciously noticing these things and coming up with a plan for you to get there.

You may not know the path, but when you want something bad enough, sometimes having the destination punched into your mental GPS is enough!!!!
